How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  4. Ship the bottles back to the address provided.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the original order was damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Lost Packages
