Shipping Policy

This policy describes how PrimeBiome orders are processed, packaged, and shipped.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email at checkout and a separate tracking email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States takes 5 to 7 business days from the time of dispatch. 3-bottle and 6-bottle orders ship free; 2-bottle orders include a $9.99 shipping fee.

International Shipping

PrimeBiome ships internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 10 to 15 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package's journey on the carrier's website.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error within 1 hour of placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
